We’re beyond the stage where ‘Candidate Experience’ is a buzz-phrase now. It played its role in recruiting conferences’ buzzword bingo card for a good period, 5 or 6 years ago; but now, providing a quality candidate experience should be commonplace. However, it isn’t.
