Talent pipelines, talent pools, talent communities, talent networks – which, if any, does your organisation have?

For us, to a certain extent, it doesn’t matter. It’s what you do with your pipeline, pool, community or network that really makes a difference.

On this week’s show, we had Adam Gordon – CEO & Co-founder of Candidate.ID. He showed us how the best recruitment teams are building talent pipelines of highly engaged & hire-ready’ candidates.

He talked about how creating engaged pipelines of talent can complement and enhance existing attraction and sourcing methodologies, greatly reduce time-to-hire and differentiate organisations from those using traditional channels.
